We will spend approximately half of your session engaged in therapeutic conversation about your personal goals, feelings, and experiences. The other approximate half of your session you will experience a guided hypnotic journey. The hypnotic guidance will directly relate to helping you achieve the goals we have discussed together and will leave you feeling empowered, calmed, and supported.

I understand that plans can change, and I strive to provide a fair cancellation policy. Please take note of the following guidelines regarding cancellations:
Cancellation up to 24 Hours Prior to Scheduled Session:
If you need to cancel your session, I offer a full refund when notice is provided at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. You will receive the entire amount refunded to the original payment method.Same-Day Cancellations:
In the event that you need to cancel your session on the same day, I will provide a partial refund. Please provide me with notice as soon as possible, and I will refund you 50% of the session fee.No-Show:
If you fail to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, a no-show will be recorded. In such cases, no refund will be issued.I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I appreciate your understanding of this cancellation policy.
After placing your order, you will receive an email from me on the same day. This email will contain a link to my digital intake form, where you can provide more detailed information about your personal goals and what you hope to achieve through our journey together. Additionally, the form will allow you to request specific days and times for your remote sessions with me. This way, we can ensure that your sessions are tailored to your needs and preferences.
