Custom Audio Recorded Journey

I understand that plans can change, and I strive to provide a fair cancellation policy. Please take note of the following guidelines regarding custom audio recording cancellations:

In the event that you need to cancel your order, please provide me notice within 3 days, and you will receive the entire amount refunded to the original payment method. Additionally, this service is transferable to another recipient within those 3 days. 

If you need to cancel your order 4-5 days from the date of purchase, I will provide a partial refund, as it is likely that your order is already in the process of creation. Therefore, you will receive a 50% refund that will be returned to the original payment method.

Custom audio recorded journeys cancelled 6 or more days after the order is placed will forfeit the full cost of the service.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I appreciate your understanding of this cancellation policy. 

After placing your order, you will receive an email from me on the same day. This email will contain a link to my digital intake form, where you can provide more detailed information about your personal goals and what you hope to achieve through our journey together. Additionally, the form will allow you to request specific elements of the journey that you wish for me to include for you, such as deepeing snaps, whispers, ASMR, or background sounds such as nature, binaraul beats, or meditative music. Custom audio recorded journeys are sent by email as a downloadable file within 7-10 business days of the day I receive your completed intake form. CDs are not available.
