Phone Session within 24 Hours:
After you place your order on the Services page, I will email you within 3 hours to set up a time for our 30-minute phone session. Your support call will be made within 24 hours of the time you placed your order, between 8am-8pm PST (excluding Sundays & Holidays).

Email Support within 24 Hours:

You will get a 250-300 word response from me within 24 hours (8am-8pm PST, excluding Sundays & Holidays). Email support is a form of therapy through written communication, offering you the opportunity to express your thoughts, feelings, and personal concerns via email. The Email Support form above is not for service inquiries, schedule requests/changes, or Healwork. These communications should be emailed directly to me at: contact@journeywithjayni.com
